The thing about this latest George Lucas - Steven Spielberg romp is it doesn't pretend to be what it is not. It ain't philosophy. It ain't deep drama. It's simply a good time. Old fashioned entertainment to be had with a Coke and buttered popcorn.
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is
movie-making nostalgia at it's finest, a homage to the old, Harrison Ford, and a passing of the torch to the new and young,
Shia LeBeouf, who upstages the
marquee star in every scene they share.
